Professional Experience

The founder of the firm Dimitar Dimitrov qualified in 1993 after finishing his studies at University of Sofia, Faculty of Law. Experienced lawyer with twenty-eight years of experience in capital markets, banking, M&A and venture financing, corporate law and government administration. Dimitar is a former commissioner and vice-chairman of the Bulgarian Securities Commission (1997-2001) and advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Regional Development and Public Works of Republic of Bulgaria (2022).

He has lectured at New Bulgarian University on securities law and also on various capital market and corporate governance topics at seminars and courses. Co-author of Commentary on the new Public Offering of Securities Act, 2000, IK Trud I Pravo.

Managing partner in DTT since 2001.
